Hello and welcome to Jenkins Farm, which is nestled in the rolling hills of northeastern Oklahoma. Our farm exists to bring the consumer a product of superb quality and purity as we seek to harness the God given design of the universe to raise food for you and your family.

Our Story

About 16 years ago our daughter, Caitlin, was born with an immune system disorder called Severe Benign Auto-Immune Neutropenia. Her immune system’s inability to fight sickness resulted in our isolation for the first 6 years of her life. Additionally, at 42 years old my father-in-law had the first of his three major heart attacks. These conditions prompted our family to choose healthy alternatives to living, especially in the area of diet. Because of the expense of buying quality food products, we began growing our own meat (beef and chicken), eggs, and produce.

Our Philosophy

For the health of the environment, our family, and yours; we raise our animals as closely as possible to the way God originally intended. This requires us to raise our products very differently from the methods used by conventional farms. We do not use any hormones or large amounts of grain to help our animals grow faster, on the contrary, we allow them to roam and eat fresh grass. Beyond this simple fact, however, we do not use any commercial fertilize or sprays in order to ensure the purity of even the grass they are eating. By doing this, we are able to minimize the exposure of our animals and produce to chemicals. Additionally, Jenkins Farm truly returns to simplicity by our family working together as a team, with little to no mechanical assistance, to produce your food.

Each decision on the farm is made by determining how it will effect the environment and improve the quality of your food. Since we feel each of you is an extension of our family, we want to honor your health by producing a wholesome and pure product.
